Client Relationship Executive

A well-established organisation based in Windsor is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join its team in a part-time role. This position sits within a busy marketing and business development function, supporting the delivery of services and managing relationships. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and able to manage a varied workload within a professional environment. Experience or an interest in marketing would be advantageous, as there may be scope for the role to develop in the future. This is a part-time role, either 3 days per week or school hours across 4 to 5 days. Salary 29,993 pro rata (approximately 17,995). The role Managing enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of communication and responsiveness Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders Supporting onboarding processes and coordinating with internal teams Reviewing information and ensuring accurate processing, with a high level of attention to detail Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring all data is up to date Liaising with internal teams including marketing and finance Proactively following up on enquiries to support engagement and conversion Supporting wider business development and relationship management activity About you Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer-focused or relationship-based role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and ..... full job details .....
