You''ll take ownership of a group of VIP members, becoming their main point of contact throughout the programme. You''ll understand what each person is trying to achieve, keep track of their progress and make sure they have the support they need to keep moving forward. You''ll work closely with experienced e-commerce coaches, helping members turn advice into action and identifying when someone needs an extra push or a different approach. It''s a people-focused role, but there''s a strong commercial and tech element too. You''ll learn how online brands are built, use AI tools as part of your day-to-day work and get plenty of exposure to experienced entrepreneurs.
