Role: Client Relations ExecutiveLocation: NorthamptonMonday - Friday Full-time, Office based Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)Plus annual bonus (typically 5% - 15% of basic salary) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to join a well-established and growing business based in Northampton. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience by handling telephone and webchat enquiries, qualifying leads, and directing customers to the appropriate sales team members.
