What you ll be doing:This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)The role will involve:Answering inbound calls in a professional, friendly and reassuring mannerSpeaking with prospective clients to understand their needsMaking follow-up calls to prospective clients Providing updates during the early stages of a client''s journeyDirecting enquiries to the appropriate teamBuilding trust and rapport with clientsHelping clients feel welcomed, listened to and supported from the moment they get in touch, ensuring they receive an outstanding, positive customer service experience Providing reception cover during absencesWho we re looking for:Suitable candidates will be:Friendly, confident and people-focusedSomeone who enjoys ..... full job details .....
