This role is focused on leading complex customer quality matters, strengthening quality engineering capability and ensuring that key processes such as complaints, deviations, CAPA and risk management are applied consistently and effectively. You will carry out inspections, investigations and root cause analysis, while playing a key part in continuous improvement across the business.
