We''re supporting a leading St. James''s Place practice in the appointment of a newly created Client Proposition Manager to help shape the next stage of its growth.
 
This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for designing the client proposition, enhancing the use of Salesforce, developing sector-focused propositions, and helping create a client experience that differentiates the business in a competitive market.
 
This is an opportunity to build rather than inherit.
 
The Role You''ll work closely with the directors and adviser team to:

• Design and implement the client proposition
• Develop client segmentation and service models
• Lead Salesforce strategy and utilisation
• Create propositions for target client sectors
• Improve the end-to-end client journey
• Support the firm''s long-term growth strategy

About You

• Proposition Management

You''ll ideally bring:

• Experience developing propositions or customer journeys
• Strong Salesforce or CRM expertise
• Commercial and strategic thinking
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
• A genuine desire to build and drive change
