ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to create value in some of the world’s most ambitious investments

Contribute to leadership due diligence, assessment and referencing, team alignment and acceleration

Support individual and team performance optimisation and development of the next generation of leaders

Assist leaders in optimally managing an exit and navigating high-stakes moments

Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive impact
