Social network you want to login/join with:In this role, you will have full PandL responsibility for a large single or portfolio of existing clients within the BandFM business unit. You will build a business development strategy that delivers in line with budget revenue and profit targets to ensure account success (CSAT) and growth.Acting as a senior ambassador for the NTT DATA brand and service offerings, you will cultivate long-term client relationships with key client personnel (up to C-suite), developing a deep understanding of their business, ambitions, and drivers, to identify and explore potential opportunities for further revenue growth. This is underpinned by your thorough understanding of current and future trends within BandFM.Working collaboratively across NTT DATA internal teams, you will ensure that our services meet the client’s needs and expectations, in terms of behaviors, innovation, value for money, and other key differentiators to retain long-term client relationships.What experience you''ll bring:RelationshipsBuilding constructive relationships with sales support and service lines to construct solutions for meeting client’s business needs with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Expand relationships with decision makers and influencers at CXOs and below levels in new and existing buy centers and highlight the impact our services can deliver.Bring new ideas and perspectives to executives, agnostic of immediate sales opportunities.Building vendor and other partner relationships to drive the business forward.Managing the commercial/contractual relationship with the client, negotiating terms and conditions.Ability to identify opportunities, manage pipeline, close sales, and manage revenue.Effectively market our multiple services offerings and digital capabilities based on client-specific business priorities, co-create multiyear roadmaps to transform and digitally uplift clients'' organizations.Articulate and tailor value propositions based on client needs and differentiation of our company.Manage the mix of new vs. renewal and drive proactive sales efforts.Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.Be persistent in following up with customers to move discussions to clear interest in executing a deal.Negotiate pricing and commercials to meet profitability goals.Revenue and margin targetsRegularly review progress and define strategies to exceed targets.Ensure work order coverage across the client base and be accountable.Deliver budgeted margins – project margin and net margin.Who we are:NTT DATA is an agile, innovative, and people-focused company; it feels like a start-up but with serious backing and has a reputation for exceptional end-to-end solutions.We are the 6th largest IT Service Provider, present in more than 50 countries.
