Job Reference: 10407Location: LondonSalary: Up to £32,000 + BenefitsJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations Associate to join a growing investment management firm. Working closely with the Client Operations Manager, you will support clients, advisers and investment professionals across onboarding, account administration, transfers and ongoing servicing.Key Responsibilities• Managing client onboarding and account opening processes• Processing transfers, withdrawals and account amendments• Supporting ISA subscriptions and monitoring incoming funds• Handling client servicing requests and platform administration• Maintaining accurate client records and supporting annual reviews• Liaising with advisers, clients and third-party providersRequirements• Minimum 2 years'' experience in wealth management, investment operations or financial services administration• Understanding of investment products, tax wrappers and client account types• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills• Experience with investment platforms and private client environments is advantageousBenefits• Up to £32,000 salary• 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days with service• 4% matched pension• Death in Service and Income Protection• Health Cash Plan• Cycle to Work Scheme• Employee Assistance Programme• Employee discounts and health screening discounts• Regular company eventsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their ..... full job details .....
