This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where compliance and risk management play a critical role in supporting sustainable growth.Your New RoleAs a CDD Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing client due diligence and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.You will also provide guidance to junior team members, contribute to policy development, and act as a trusted advisor on client onboarding and compliance-related matters. Manage and oversee the end-to-end client onboarding and CDD process. Review client due diligence documentation and assess AML/KYC requirements. Conduct risk assessments on new and existing clients, including complex ownership structures. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on onboarding and compliance matters. Escalate high-risk cases and assist with enhanced due diligence reviews. Support the development and improvement of onboarding processes and procedures.
