An increase in demand for their services has led to a new vacancy for an experienced Client Manager in their Barnstaple office, to join in what is a really exciting time for the business. The main duties in this Client Manager position will include: -Managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting them with their ongoing accounting, taxation and reporting requirements -Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and proactive relationships and providing practical advice and support -Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax compliance work to ensure a consistently high standard of delivery -Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner, identifying issues and recommending appropriate solutions -Working closely with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure client deadlines and service standards are consistently met -Mentoring and developing junior members of the team, providing guidance, feedback and technical support -Identifying opportunities to add value to existing client relationships and contribute to ..... full job details .....
