Client Manager

Reed are supporting a small but growing firm to recruit a new client manager on a full-time, on-site role based near Wokingham. This firm has been achieving 10-15% growth for the past few years and this position is created through growth.The Client Accountant is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, preparing financial accounts, tax returns, and providing proactive accounting support and advice.The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting clients in achieving their business objectives.The role involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality service and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes.Key responsibilitiesAssisting with the management of a diverse portfolio of clients, being the first point of contact and responding to client enquiries in an accurate and timely mannerStatutory accounts preparation for a range of SME, limited company, sole trader and larger businessesInvolvement with all aspects of tax, including personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory workNurture junior team members and provide mentoring and guidanceReview accounts and personal tax work prepared by junior team membersThe management of both corporate clients and individuals to support partners, including meetings both in person and virtuallyAbout youQualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) or QBE.Previous experience working ..... full job details .....
