Principal Client ManagerLocation: SuttonContract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Principal Client Manager to take ownership of a key client portfolio within a growing accountancy practice.This is a senior leadership role combining strategic client management, commercial responsibility, team leadership, and input into the wider growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the senior point of contact for high-value clientsDrive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term growthTake ownership of portfolio performance, including billing, pricing, and profitabilityIdentify and convert opportunities for additional services and fee growthOversee complex client onboarding processesProvide technical oversight on more complex mattersLead, mentor, and develop client service teamsManage workflows, capacity planning, and service delivery standardsReport on portfolio performance and key risks to senior leadershipContribute to wider business improvement and growth initiativesRequirementsACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Strong background within a UK accountancy practiceProven experience managing and growing a client portfolioCommercially minded with a track record of improving revenue and profitabilityStrong leadership and team development skillsConfident managing senior client relationshipsWhat''s on OfferSenior, client-facing leadership role with real ..... full job details .....
