Client Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager or Client Relationship Manager to join a growing advice team, primarily based in Stansted. You will support a highly experienced Chartered Adviser, playing a central role in delivering a seamless and well-organised client experience.The RoleYou will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding through to ongoing financial planning and investment administration.Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing proactive supportCoordinating client meetings, reviews, and follow-up actionsPreparing accurate pre- and post-meeting documentationOverseeing workflow, ensuring all planning, compliance, and administrative tasks are completed efficientlyMaintaining high-quality, compliant client records and documentationLiaising with providers, platforms, and professional third partiesSupporting investment administration including contributions, withdrawals, and transfersWorking closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and wider support teamsYou will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their financial journey.About You2-3+ years'' experience in a Client Manager / Client Relationship role within an IFA or advice firmWorking towards (or willing to study for) the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial PlanningStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailConfident communicator with a professional and ..... full job details .....
