Client Manager

This modern digital accountancy firm operates a 4-day working week and a hybrid working model with complete flexibility on how the 34 hours are made up , offering an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained ACA or ACCA accountant looking for greater client responsibility and a strong work-life balance.As Client Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of SME clients, acting as a trusted adviser and providing support across accounts and wider commercial matters. You will combine client management, technical review and team leadership, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of SME clients, acting as their key point of contactAdvising business owners on accounts, tax and broader commercial mattersReviewing accounts and other work to ensure technical accuracy and qualityMaintaining high levels of client service Mentoring and supporting junior members of the teamHelping to improve workflow, consistency and delivery across the practiceBuilding long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value to clients The firm is specifically seeking a practice-trained ACA or ACCA accountant who is ready to take the next step in their career.
