Client Manager Leeds (Hybrid) Salary up to £50,000 (DOE) Butler Rose is supporting a well-established, independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Leeds to recruit a Client Manager. They are a well-established medium size firm and an established presence while maintaining a collaborative, close-knit culture. They provide a comprehensive range of accounting, audit and tax services to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed and family businesses across Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accountant to develop long-term client relationships, take genuine ownership of their work and play an important role within a supportive one-team culture. Role Requirements: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and reporting deadlines are met. Prepare accounts, tax computations and personal tax returns for a varied client base. Provide financial, tax planning and business advice, identifying opportunities to add value. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, including regular client meetings. Liaise with HMRC, banks and other external stakeholders as required. Review client work for accuracy, quality and professional presentation. Plan, delegate and oversee work across the team, supporting colleagues and trainees with their development. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and client service.
