We’re looking for a Graduate Client Manager to join a friendly, supportive team in Chepstow. We’re much more interested in your attitude, ability to learn and potential to progress.

You’ll receive full training and support from day one, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills, build relationships with clients across the UK and take on increasing responsibility as you grow.

What will you be doing?

You’ll become a key point of contact for clients, helping them with a range of queries and ensuring their information is accurate and compliant.

Your role will include:

• Reviewing and processing data using Excel
• Liaising with clients and payroll teams
• Supporting clients via phone and email
• Reviewing your own work to ensure accuracy
• Working closely with colleagues and senior team members
• Developing your technical knowledge and client management skills

What are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is ready to get their career started.

You’ll need to be:

• Confident communicating with people over the phone and email
• Naturally organised with a good eye for detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and data
• A good problem solver who enjoys learning
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, although full training will be provided
• Proactive, motivated and keen to take responsibility
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and building relationships
