We will rely on you to

Contribute to the growth of the portfolio by servicing a worldwide portfolio of clients produced on a wholesale and retail basis, including both renewals and new business

Client/network Management

Relationship development/managementParticipate in renewal strategy meetings (RSMs)Participate in London/international client market roadshowsObtain quotes, present terms to client and bind coverageDeliver excellent client service to direct or Aon network clients Work with Aon CC(U)S and Hydrogen leaders to develop and service Energy Transition opportunities Utilise client template emailsSupport tenders/RFPs

Market Execution

Proactively handle market relationships and support our broking strategyProvide full reviews of the risks proposed, including preparation of underwriting presentationsNegotiation with underwriters, face-to-face and electronicallyQuote and place business within the London market, including facilities

General Administration

File maintenance and management, including marketing sheetsDocument/MRC/MRCe review and completionThe use of PPL and other London market / Aon proprietary systemsResponsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of required training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

How This Opportunity Is Different

The Energy Transition team sits under the umbrella of Natural Resources, which places more than USD 2bn of premiums annually into the London and international insurance market and comprises brokers with a high level of experience and excellent reputation.

You will be at the forefront of supporting the growth of our team’s brand through servicing and prospecting clients, hosting client visits and driving the subsequent placement strategy in conjunction with our retail colleagues.
