Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per year
Car Allowance: £3,600 per year

Here''s what your role will involve:

• Monitor and manage workforce attendance, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
• Cultivate strong, professional relationships with our clients, keeping them informed and confident in our service.
• Identify and address staff retention and absence challenges.
• Flag potential service issues and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Delivery teams to achieve client objectives.
• Support initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records.
• Oversee rates and placement processes with precision.
• Contribute to client performance reviews and help us continually improve our services.
