Client Manager (Accounting)

As a Client Manager, you''ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients whilst leading and mentoring a small team of accountants. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, provide valuable financial and tax advice, and play a key part in the continued growth of the practice. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of Sole Trader, Partnership and Limited Company clients. Prepare, review and submit accounts and tax returns. Lead, mentor and support a small team of accountants. Review accounting and taxation work, providing guidance and technical support. Deliver advisory services including cashflow planning, budgeting and tax efficiency advice. Conduct year-end meetings and client fee reviews. Support new client onboarding and integration into the business. Liaise with HMRC and Companies House on behalf of clients. Prepare and review bookkeeping, VAT and CIS returns where required.
