Client Relationship Management: Provide support in building and nurturing strong relationships with key client stakeholders.Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.Proactively prioritise client inquiries, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner to the required quality. This will include working closely with our service desk teamMonitor client usage patterns and identify areas for optimisation to increase system adoption.Share best practices and provide guidance on maximizing the value of the software.Onboarding And Training: Support in onboarding projects for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of OneView.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, tailored to client-specific requirements.Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.Collaboration And Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Service Desk, Product and Regulatory team to ensure client needs are met.Communicate client feedback and insights to relevant stakeholders to drive product enhancements.Prepare and present client reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.Skills and Professional Experience: Bachelor\''s degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science, or a related field.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the software industry. Experience in the InsurTech industry is bonus.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and client lifecycle management.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong focus on client satisfaction.Proficiency in JIRA or similar software tools is a plus.Additional Information
