Liaise with colleagues throughout the business to coordinate and deliver a high level of service to clients. Maintain control of the client static data, to ensure its accuracy at both on-boarding and throughout the client relationship. Additionally, consider the knock-on effects of data changes within the systems from a data-hygiene and regulatory perspective. Identifying and specifying improvements to these work areas - both procedural and IT based - and then working with project resources to implement these.
