Client Involvement ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Client Involvement Manager to ensure lived experience shapes services, decisions and positive change within a national homelessness charity.Position: Client Involvement ManagerSalary: £39,080 per annumLocation: Flexible across London, Manchester or the North EastHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekContract: 12-month fixed-term contractClosing date: 20 September 2026About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead client involvement and co-production across a national charity supporting young people and adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness.You will lead and develop client involvement across the organisation, creating meaningful opportunities for people with lived experience to contribute, influence and take an active role in shaping the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing client involvement and co-productionSupporting and developing The Voice, the charity s client-led groupCreating opportunities for people with lived experience to influence services and decision-makingBuilding clients'' confidence and capacity to participateDeveloping client representative, volunteering and alumni opportunitiesSupporting and upskilling colleagues to embed client involvement within everyday practiceBuilding relationships with local and national client forums and key stakeholdersSupporting a small caseload of client representativesMonitoring and evaluating the impact of involvement ..... full job details .....
