They are looking for a polished and personable Client Host to join their team, creating a warm and seamless experience for clients from the moment they arrive. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a luxury hospitality, five-star hotel, premium airline, private members'' club or high-end customer service background. The Role Meeting and greeting clients Managing appointments and walk-in clients Directing clients to the appropriate member of the team Preparing and serving refreshments Supporting events and managing guest lists Maintaining immaculate client-facing areas and showroom standards Supporting packaging and gift wrapping Assisting with client-related tasks and the wider team About You We are looking for someone who is: Immaculately presented, polished and professional Warm, engaging and confident with clients Discreet and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientele Calm, composed and naturally attentive Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Passionate about delivering exceptional service Previous experience within the sector is not essential, with training provided.
