The role involves handling enquiries and providing first-line support to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment.RECEPTIONIST ROLE: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring comfort through services such as a cloakroom, refreshments, and Wi Fi Handling enquiries efficiently across phone, email, and in person, notifying hosts promptly and escorting visitors when required Managing on the day meeting room bookings, setups, hospitality support, and escalating issues appropriately Maintaining a secure and well presented workplace through regular floor walks, opening and closing routines, and reporting maintenance or AV issues Supporting company events and initiatives, preparing promotional materials, hospitality setups, and assisting with logistics Delivering first day inductions for new starters and maintaining visitor management and office supply systems Managing administrative tasks, including preparing materials for meetings, coordinating taxis and couriers, and handling post and deliveries Acting as Fire Marshal and basic first aider when trained, supporting crisis communications, sustainability initiatives, and contractor liaison ..... full job details .....
