Department: Reception and Client Services Reports to: Reception and Client Services Manager Location: London Working Hours: Alternating weekly shifts of 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., covering core reception hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Role Overview The Client Hospitality Assistant plays an important role in creating a professional, welcoming and seamless experience for internal and external clients. Working closely with the Reception and Client Services Manager and Client Hospitality Coordinator, the role provides high-quality hospitality support across meeting rooms, reception areas and office floors.
