Client Experience Assistant (Front of House)The Client Experience Assistant is a core member of our front-of-house team, supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-quality client and visitor experience in our London office.This role is ideal for someone reliable, proactive and service-driven, with strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional environment. The role requires wearing an Isio-provided uniform and maintaining a polished, professional appearance at all times.This role is 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The working pattern will vary within the 8:00am to 6pm operating window to ensure full cover (e.g., rotating shifts such as 8:00am to 4pm, 9:30am to 5:30pm, 10:00am to 6pm).This in-office role will be based at our London premises on Noble Street, Barbican, EC2V 7EE.What does the role entail?Deliver a consistent five-star meet-and-greet service for all clients and visitors.Act as the first point of contact for queries, ensuring efficient, solution-focused support and timely follow-up.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to enable a smooth and coordinated experience.Managing meeting room bookings, ensuring appropriate prioritisation for client meetings.Ensure all office procedures, standards and policies are followed and continuously maintained.Organise and maintain office supplies for colleagues and visitors, including stock checks and replenishment.
