About the role

This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of our business.

You''ll be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and polished experience for every client visiting or contacting the showroom. You''ll also help support our day-to-day brand presence through CRM, social media, and marketing activity.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and loves keeping things organised and running smoothly.

What you''ll be doing

• Welcoming clients and visitors and creating a strong first impression
• Managing enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels
• Expert level social media activity and brand visibility
• Coordinating appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
• Keeping the showroom presented to an exceptional standard
• Supporting a smooth and consistent client journey
• Updating and managing information within the CRM system
• Capturing and sharing projects, products, and company updates
• Assisting with ongoing marketing activity

What we''re looking for

• 4-6 years'' experience in a client-facing role
• Experience in a showroom, interiors, hospitality, retail, or similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using CRM systems
• Experience using social media for business
• A proactive, positive, can-do approach
