We are looking for a Client Executive to join our growing Virtual Boutique team based in our Oxford Street offices. As a Client Executive, you will ensure you are consistently effective and professional in all internal communication across departments and our showrooms. Through strong communication skills you will be engaging through live chat, inbound/outbound audio and video calls and emails to offer support to clients who may have questions, concerns, or who want to purchase a product from us. As a Client Executive, you will support your colleagues who will be the first point of contact and could possibly be the only contact a customer has with us, so it is important that you ensure the experience is as positive as possible. You will need to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 10pm and there is currently four days working and two days off rotation pattern in place (working patterns are subject to change).About You
