• Develop and secure new business opportunities independently.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate fees, and close agreements.

• Degree in engineering or built environment discipline.
• Proven business development/sales experience in engineering or construction.
• Exceptional client relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in preparing proposals and managing client delivery.
• Ability to communicate and enhance brand visibility effectively.

• Build and manage long-term client relationships, seeking new opportunities.
• Partner with teams to deliver high-quality technical projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at key industry events and client meetings.
