Client Development Executive

Client Development Executive We''re looking for an ambitious, proactive Client Engagement Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth through existing client relationships. This is a commercially focused role combining account development, consultative sales and client engagement. You''ll build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and introduce additional products and services. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with existing clients to identify and generate sales opportunities Build relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers Lead client review and discovery call to uncover needs, challenges and future requirements Identify and qualify upsell, cross-sell and account expansion opportunities Use client activity and data to identify potential commercial opportunities Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails and targeted engagement activity Develop qualified opportunities and work with the wider sales team to progress them through the pipeline Support renewal activity and identify opportunities to increase account value Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline information and sales activity Work collaboratively with Sales, New Business and Client Engagement teams to maximise revenue opportunities Deliver excellent client service while maintaining a strong commercial and sales focus What We''re Looking For Experience in sales, ..... full job details .....
