As

Client Development Director , you will play a pivotal role in developing and securing long-term, strategic relationships with key clients across the London insurance market - focusing on Lloyd’s Brokers, Syndicates, MGAs, and TPAs. Your success will directly influence the strength of our market partnerships and the growth of our Specialty London Market team.Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and win new strategic client relationships across the London insurance marketBuild and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with C-suite, HR, and hiring leadersDevelop bespoke talent solutions aligned to clients’ hiring and growth strategiesAct as a brand ambassador for IDEX Consulting in the London MarketCollaborate with the London Market team to generate and convert high-quality job flowAchieve a personal revenue target which will also drive success for colleagues across the DivisionAttend key industry events and build a profile across the Lloyd’s and London market landscapeWhat We’re Looking For
