Client Data Administrator 12m FTC Northwich Hybridup to £28,000Meraki Talent is working with a well established financial services firm is looking to appoint a Client Data Administrator to join its Operations team on a 12-month contract based in Northwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail focused professional with experience within financial services, ideally wealth management or asset management, who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and client data management.Responsibilities :Accurately inputting and maintaining client data across internal systemsUploading and updating client documentation in line with company proceduresProcessing fee amendments and ensuring records are updated correctlyReviewing documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and complianceSupporting the management and maintenance of client files and recordsWorking within established risk and compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory standards are metLiaising with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and operational queriesSupporting operational process improvements and administrative initiativesAssisting with internal talent development and training schemes where requiredPerson SpecificationPrevious experience within financial services is essential, ideally within wealth management, asset management, or investment managementStrong data entry and administrative experience with excellent attention ..... full job details .....
