This is a newly created position offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial or contract management professional with a background in Facilities Management (FM). The role will involve managing a team of four, overseeing contract renewals and developing existing client relationships, while proactively identifying opportunities to secure new business and drive commercial growth.
