Client Commercial Team Leader

An experienced Client Commercial Team Leader is required to lead a specialist team responsible for contract renewals, remedial quotations and sales administration from a Birmingham office. You''ll manage three renewal coordinators within a wider nine-person sales division, combining hands-on commercial leadership with team development, client engagement and responsibility for improving renewal and quotation performance. The Role As the Client Commercial Team Leader, you''ll: Lead and develop a team managing contract renewals, quotations and sales administration. Oversee the end-to-end renewal process and ensure upcoming expirations are proactively managed. Review contract terms, pricing adjustments and scope changes ahead of renewal. Manage remedial quotations, pricing processes and approval workflows. Monitor renewal pipelines, conversion rates, sales performance and commercial reporting. Act as an escalation point for complex negotiations and commercial discussions. Work with finance and operations to support forecasting, profitability and contract delivery. Improve renewal and quoting processes, CRM usage and commercial data accuracy.
