Client Care Advisor

Your New Role As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover to the legal team.Working as part of a busy Client Care Team, you will manage incoming enquiries, support the onboarding process for new clients, and ensure all necessary information and documentation is obtained accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound switchboard calls and directing enquiries appropriately. Speaking with prospective clients to gather claim information and secure instructions. Accurately updating and maintaining information within the case management system. Processing new claim referrals and conducting conflict checks. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning, filing and document management. Supporting clients through onboarding, including obtaining identification documents and completing compliance checks. Liaising with clients, witnesses, insurers and external agencies to gather information required for claims. ..... full job details .....
