This is an immediate start opportunity offering a competitive day rate on a month-to-month rolling contract. Job Role As a Client and Public Liaison Officer, you''ll manage customer enquiries, stakeholder communications and public engagement activity linked to planned and reactive highway works. The Client and Public Liaison Officer will work closely with operational teams to deliver clear, timely and customer-focused communications. Key responsibilities: Handling customer enquiries and complaints in line with KPIs Producing notices, emails and public communications Supporting engagement with councillors, parish councils and community groups Monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues where required Supporting reporting, KPI tracking and stakeholder updates Requirements Experience in customer engagement, communications or stakeholder-facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience ..... full job details .....
