Job title: Client AdvisorSalary: £45,000Location: Manchester, Swindon or BirminghamPURPOSE OF ROLELawes Consulting are looking for a customer-focused Insurance Client Advisor to join our clients team. You will work alongside Account Executives to deliver excellent service to clients, helping to retain and grow accounts. This role involves supporting with account management, broking, and technical tasks while building strong client relationships and ensuring a smooth service experience.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare documentation for new client accounts based on insurance needsGather renewal terms, research alternatives, and prepare materials for Account ExecutivesManage renewal quotes and mid-term adjustments, keeping records accurate and up to dateRespond to insurer queries, confirm coverage, process policies, and follow up on documentationCheck policy documents for accuracy before approval and releaseSupport with account queries and credit control, escalating when neededApply compliance and regulatory requirements to all tasksDAY-TO-DAYWork closely with Account Executives to support clientsKeep client and policy records accurate and up to dateCommunicate with insurers and clients to resolve queries quicklyTrack deadlines to make sure tasks are completed on timeSuggest improvements to processes and support team goalsEXPERIENCEExperience in insurance administration, ideally in a commercial settingAbility to work in a regulated, target-driven environmentUnderstanding of handling ..... full job details .....
