Client AdministratorElstree, Hertfordshire £25,000-£30,000 Monday-Friday, office-based A well-established SJP practice in Elstree is looking for a Client Administrator to join its team and play an important role in the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality service to clients. This is a varied role rather than a purely back-office administration position. You''ll work closely with Financial Advisers, clients and providers, helping to keep cases moving while becoming involved in more of the technical side of financial planning. What you''ll be doing Preparing for client meetings and ensuring advisers have everything they need Managing new business, client onboarding and ongoing administration from start to finish Speaking directly with clients, including arranging annual reviews and gathering outstanding information Liaising with providers across pensions, investments and protection Keeping clients and advisers updated as cases progress Managing diaries, appointments and general client enquiries Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems Supporting with Annual Review and Fund Switch reports Assisting with investment and pension cases, including contributions and lump-sum investments Helping the wider team with day-to-day administration and improving how things are done The role would suit someone who enjoys working with people but also likes getting into the detail.
