As a Client Accounts Manager, you are responsible for managing and processing all the financial accounts for the landlords and tenants of a portfolio of properties. From the initial landlords’ terms, to processing new deals and receiving and paying invoices you provide a trusted service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Process tenant rent payments to landlords.- Process contractor payments.- Ensuring that all paperwork files for Lettings Accounts are kept up to date.- Paying invoices as required.- Reconciliation of Clients Accounts.- Processing and paying tenants deposit refunds.- Producing landlord and tenant statements as required.- Processing landlords’ terms and conditions and ensuring landlords are correctly set up.- Ensuring landlords non-resident landlord status is correctly listed.- Assist internal departments with client account queries.- Bank Reconciliation.
