Working in a hybrid pattern from our Reading office (RG2 6UB), you will be the go-to person for financial stewardship, controls and reporting that give our clients and colleagues absolute confidence. You will partner closely with Property Managers, internal teams, auditors and our clients to deliver year-end accounts, manage cashflow and arrears, and continuously improve processes. With the support of an engaged team and the backing of the Odevo Group, you will combine hands-on operational oversight with thoughtful leadership and coaching.
