THE OPPORTUNITY The Client Accountant - Real Estate will manage the day-to-day client reporting and service charge accounts for an assigned residential block portfolio, working closely with Property Managers and supporting the smooth onboarding of new business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing year-end client reports and service charge accounts , including relevant tax submissions and statutory filings. Raising service charge and ground rent invoices . Completing monthly bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate property financial records. Managing property onboarding and handovers , ensuring financial information is complete and up to date. Reviewing Budget vs Actuals , highlighting cash flow, debtor and other financial issues to Property Managers.
