Join an established property management firm with 25+ years of experience and a growing portfolio spanning residential and commercial property.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Client Accountant - Real Estate will manage the day-to-day client reporting and service charge accounts for an assigned residential block portfolio, working closely with Property Managers and supporting the smooth onboarding of new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing year-end client reports and service charge accounts, including relevant tax submissions and statutory filings.
• Raising service charge and ground rent invoices.
• Completing monthly bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate property financial records.
• Managing property onboarding and handovers, ensuring financial information is complete and up to date.
• Reviewing Budget vs Actuals, highlighting cash flow, debtor and other financial issues to Property Managers.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal Client Accountant - Real Estate Must have:

• Proven experience within the residential block property sector.
• Experience preparing service charge accounts.
• Familiarity with a property management accounting system.
