Based in Manchester with hybrid working, you will be the financial partner to our property managers and clients, turning complex numbers into clear insight and dependable outcomes. Your expertise will ensure service charge funds are safeguarded, year-end accounts land on time, and clients receive proactive, professional support that builds trust and long-term relationships. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will own the end-to-end service charge accounting cycle for an allocated portfolio, from bank reconciliations and accruals to draft year-end accounts and audit liaison. Most days you will collaborate with property managers, resolve queries from clients and suppliers, and keep ledgers, statements and budgets accurate and up to date.
