This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and wants a role where the numbers are only part of the job. You''ll have real ownership of a portfolio, regular client contact and the opportunity to become a trusted point of reference for the financial performance of the businesses you support. Rather than simply producing reports and moving on to the next set of accounts, you''ll work through the full picture with your clients. You''ll prepare management accounts, PandL and balance sheet reporting, analyse variances and performance, and then take the time to walk clients through what the numbers actually mean.
