This role will take responsibility for generating periodic reports for clients, assisting with ad-hoc reporting tasks as and when required. Preparing and delivering periodic reports for clients.Supporting with ad hoc tasks as required.Managing property and lease information on TRAMPS.Issuing tenant demands for rent, service charges, and other miscellaneous charges.Overseeing client funds and ensuring rent receipts are transferred to the client.Ensuring accurate reconciliation of client reports, including VAT and client statements.Facilitating communication between your line manager, surveyors, and accounts payable teams for your clients.Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.Administering and overseeing service charge funds for the properties you manage.Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Collaborating with the credit controller to guarantee timely rent collection and keeping clients informed.Conducting bank reconciliations.Posting tenant receipts.Profile
Previous experience in a client accountant role within the property and real estate space.Relevant accountancy education.Experience using TRAMPS is essential.Yardi experience desirable.Strong Excel reporting experience.In-depth understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.Job Offer
