Client Accountant - Property IndustryLocation: Central LondonSalary: £Hybrid: 3 days office based Our client is a leading property management business with a commercial portfolio. They are seeking an experienced Client Accountant to join their growing finance team. The role requires strong property accounting experience across both retail and commercial assets. You will take ownership of the financial management and reporting of client property portfolios, including rent and service charge accounting, budgets, forecasts, and operational cost control. The position plays a key role in delivering accurate client reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate client reporting, including standard and client specific reports, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are metReconcile service charge income and expenditure across residential and commercial assetsAct as first point of contact for client finance queries, providing clear support and guidanceWork closely with Surveying and internal teams to ensure all client deliverables are achievedMaintain and oversee property and lease data within financial systemsManage client and property cash flow and funding requirementsLead annual service charge reviews in collaboration with Asset Managers and Service Charge teamsEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and best practice guidelinesAttend client and internal meetings as requiredInstruct Treasury on collections, ..... full job details .....
