This role is ideal for someone a few years into their career, looking for a new challenge and eager to develop both personally and professionally. You will be part of a culture that values caring, sharing, and being different, which drives our decisions daily.Day-to-day of the role:Work closely with the Customer Business Manager team and Area Sales Manager to manage customer requirements, stock, orders, and proactively share market information.Aim to generate first-class customer service levels and increase the value of contribution from your allocated customer base.Build long-term relationships with customers by visiting regularly and keeping them updated with market and product developments.Eventually manage your own accounts independently, maintaining high standards of service and engagement.Represent customers internally, ensuring their needs and expectations are met promptly and efficiently.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.Ability to understand technical product details; however, training is provided for the right candidate.Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term customer engagement.Excellent ..... full job details .....
