Client Account Manager

Job title: Client Account ManagerSalary: £30k Location: Harrow Hours: 8-5pm My client is a well-run SME, and they have a lovely office team, looking for another person to join them. The ideal person will have some previous experience working within a Construction/ Plumbing and/or similar type industry. You will be organized, with good attention to detail to ensure work is planned correctly and runs smoothly. Duties: Managing reactive breakdown requirementsManaging maintenance requirements Answering incoming calls/emails Providing information and guidance on services providedTaking jobs to be completed from clients Setting up jobs on computer systemAllocating jobs to be completed to a team of field-based engineers/subcontractors Tracking progressSending/raising further work quotes for approvalRaising purchase orders from suppliersOrdering parts and booking in further worksSending completion reports and certification to clientsRaising RAMS where necessaryCompleting tender documentationRaising invoices for your completed worksAttributes: Team playerHardworking ..... full job details .....
