This is a commercially focused, client-facing role combining property management oversight, financial reporting, contractual compliance and relationship management. You will act as the primary point of contact for a key client, ensuring contractual obligations are met, performance targets are achieved and service delivery consistently meets agreed standards. Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, you will establish effective systems and processes, oversee financial performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
